About Your Practitioner

Kristin’s passion for health and wellness began in her adolescence and since then has been a consistent factor in driving her years of education.

Kristin has a strong desire to help individuals maintain and restore their health. She began her education in the field of Human Kinetics (Kinesiology). Throughout her studies, she thoroughly examined human movement and its various disciplines (i.e. biomechanics, ergonomics, anatomy and physiology). During her studies she gained extensive hands-on experience in various rehabilitation fields assisting populations with diverse needs.

Her continued dedication and passion for the study of the human body led her to pursue graduate studies in the field of Osteopathy. Kristin graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She is a member of Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN) and its provincial affiliate, the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA). Kristin’s focus is in treating the body as an integrated system, taking all moving parts into consideration. Looking at the body’s structure and function relationships and facilitating the body’s inherent self-healing and self-regulating mechanisms. This is achieved through her osteopathic practice.
