Prior To Your Appointment
If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please notify the office as soon as possible to re-schedule your appointment.
Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment, ideally something that is non-restrictive. You will be asked to remove an item that may otherwise interfere with treatment or cause damage to the table (i.e. glasses, watch, belt and jewelry).
Please ensure your cell phone is turned on silent or do not disturb for the duration of your appointment.
What you can expect during your visit
Your first visit will consist of a thorough discussion regarding your health history. Every visit includes a dynamic assessment outlining how your body is moving. Followed by a treatment plan that is individualized and specific to your needs. Treatment applications can consist of joint mobilization and soft tissue treatment to aid in removing obstructions that are otherwise interfering with proper functioning of body systems. This approach aids the body to effectively utilize the self-healing and self-regulating mechanisms.
Appointments and Associated Fees
Initial Consultation and Treatment appointments are to be booked for new patients only. This includes a thorough review of your health history and an osteopathic structural assessment and treatment.
Follow Up Treatment appointments are to be booked for existing patients. This includes any updates to your health history and an osteopathic structural assessment and treatment.
Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian for the Initial Consultation and Treatment. For Follow-Up appointments, patients under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present for all appointments.

Methods of Payment
Align & Restore Osteopathy accepts Cash, Debit and Credit only. Associated fees are to be paid at the end of each appointment.
